Payments are processed by Stripe. Single-check purchases are non-refundable once analysis has been delivered. Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You may only submit text you have the right to share. You may not use PreClickCheck for any unlawful purpose, to infringe third-party intellectual property, or to attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or abuse the underlying AI models.
AI analysis may contain errors or omissions. PreClickCheck makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any report.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PreClickCheck and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
