We collect only what is necessary to provide the service: the privacy policy text you submit for analysis, your email address if you create an account or contact us, and standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp).
Submitted policy text is used solely to generate your analysis report. It is processed in an isolated request and not retained after your report is generated. We never store the policy content, train AI models on your data, or share it with third parties.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). Policy text is processed in memory and not written to persistent storage. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store card details.
We use Anthropic's API for AI analysis and Stripe for payment processing. Both operate under their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.
We use only a minimal session cookie to maintain your signed-in state. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
You may request deletion of any data associated with your email at any time by contacting help@precheck.it.com.
